ISO standards and IMS

ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000 and 27001 can each be implemented individually. Explore what each covers, why it matters and who it is for. IMS is an approach for bringing several systems together.

IMS

Integrated management system

An approach that combines the requirements of two or more management system standards within one coordinated organisational system. Common processes work together while each standard’s specific requirements are still addressed. IMS is not a separate ISO standard.

What it covers

  • Connect common requirements with existing processes and responsibilities.

  • Reduce duplicated processes and documentation, and resolve inconsistent information.

Who it is for

Suitable for organisations implementing two or more standards together or integrating their existing management systems.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Three ways to work. One direct consulting relationship.

Fully on site

Your consultant works with your team in person at your organisation. We agree the visit schedule, working sessions and scope before starting.

Hybrid

Combine on-site working sessions with online meetings and digital collaboration. We plan which activities work best in each setting.

Fully online

Work directly with your consultant through online meetings and digital collaboration throughout the consulting engagement—an accessible option for countryside companies.

These options describe the consulting engagement. An independent certification body determines its own audit arrangements.

01 → 05

A proposal that fits the work.

Let’s talk

The scope, timing, delivery format and fees are agreed in your proposal. ISO 9001 projects for organisations with 1–10 employees start at ₮5,000,000. Final price depends on staff count, sector and agreed scope. Low overhead keeps the price accessible: there is no separate office, and you work directly with the consultant. Our project policy requires a minimum of six months, allowing time for the system to operate and generate evidence. This duration is our policy, not an ISO requirement.

Certification-body fees are shown separately in the quotation. VAT, purchased ISO standards and applicable travel or accommodation costs are also listed separately.

A clear path to ISO certification.

We guide implementation, prepare your team for the certification audit and help you choose an appropriate certification body. Together we check its reputation, its accreditation for your standard and scope, and the international recognition of its accrediting body. The choice is yours.

An independent certification body audits the system and issues the certificate when the requirements are met. Its fees are shown separately in the quotation.
