A message from the founder

The consultant's path

My name is Angar Ganbaatar.

I have worked in this field since 2007 — back when ISO was barely spoken of in Mongolia. I was trained as a lead auditor at BSI (the British Standards Institution), the body that developed BS 5750 — the standard ISO 9001 was built on — and took part in real audits in person. I have years of experience as a lead auditor for an internationally accredited certification body — so I know the certification audit from «the other side» as well.

I have worked with foreign experts and companies, and I have worked as an independent consultant. Now I have founded my own company, because I decided to make a real contribution to the development of this field.

But I do not hand the work to someone else. I will personally guide your project from start to finish. You work directly with your consultant — not with a company.

Not paperwork. A working system.

My job is not to write documents on your behalf. It is to help you build a system that genuinely develops and improves your company — one that lives and works every day.

A truth many people don't know: ISO 9001:2015 does not require a single named «documented procedure». But the controls and documented information it does require must genuinely work and be applied consistently. A good system needs no thick binder.

Your organisation builds the system itself — I show the way and prepare you fully for the audit by an accredited certification body. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001. I will also help you choose an internationally recognised, reputable certification body.

A certificate is not the goal — it is the result of a working system.

My goal does not stop at one company. Together with an Exemplar Global-certified partner organisation, I will fund training led by international experts — free of charge — to help build, here in Mongolia, true consultants who master a methodology proven over decades.

Mongolian organisations are ready to compete on the international stage. What is missing is not ability — it is a working system. Let us build it together.

The training initiative is planned for 2027, subject to the training provider’s availability and an approved budget. We intend to fund instruction through a training provider certified by Exemplar Global. Optional formal certification costs remain the participant’s responsibility; employees of our clients receive registration priority.

A clear path to ISO certification.

We guide implementation, prepare your team for the certification audit and help you choose an appropriate certification body. Together we check its reputation, its accreditation for your standard and scope, and the international recognition of its accrediting body. The choice is yours.

An independent certification body audits the system and issues the certificate when the requirements are met. Its fees are shown separately in the quotation.
