Mission
We help Mongolian organizations build management systems that actually run the business, not paperwork for a shelf: real ISO systems, tailored to each company's own strengths and weaknesses, assessed for readiness by a qualified consultant, and delivered digitally to companies in all 21 aimags — not just Ulaanbaatar.
The consultant's path
Our consultant has worked in this field with international organizations since 2007 — back when ISO was barely spoken of in Mongolia.
Trained as a Lead Auditor with BSI — the British institution that developed BS 5750, the standard ISO 9001 was built on — and took part in real BSI audits in person.
Served continuously since 2016 as Lead Auditor for an Australian JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body, auditing numerous companies every year — meaning we know the certification audit from the other side of the table, too.
Across these years he has advised or audited Mongolia's largest corporations — leaders in mining, banking and finance, telecommunications, and trade. We do not publish their names — discretion is our principle.
As a matter of principle, we speak through our system, not personal names. What you need isn't a name — it's a system that works.
Seven commitments, in daily practice
Starting 2027, we're funding real ISO training — not selling it.
We're paying for a course delivered by an Exemplar Global–certified training provider, free for anyone to attend. If someone wants the official credential afterward, that's their choice and their cost — we're covering the teacher and the classroom, not the paperwork.

We introduce clients to certification bodies accredited by an accreditation body that participates in the Global ACI MRA (which replaced the IAF MLA in 2026) — so the certificate you end up with is verifiable anywhere in the world. Not paper to keep in a drawer in Ulaanbaatar, but a credential that opens doors in London and Tokyo.
What we do — and what we never do
We consult. We don't certify.
Only an independent certification body can issue your certificate. We get you genuinely ready for their audit — the two must never blur.
The choice is always yours
We shortlist 2–3 bodies accredited by an accreditation body participating in the Global ACI MRA (formerly IAF MLA). We never push you toward any one of them.
No unverifiable claims
Every certification body we put in front of you can be independently verified — and we will show you exactly how to do it, so you never have to take our word for it. We hold our own claims to the same standard: there is nothing on this site you cannot check.
